[Important] About Signing in with X Account

This is the TERAVIT Operations Team.
Since January 27th, 2025, it has not been possible to sign in to TERAVIT or the Creators Site using X (formerly Twitter) accounts.
This issue is due to the suspension of TERAVIT's official X account.
We have submitted multiple appeals to X Corp., but we have yet to receive a clear response.
We sincerely apologize for the prolonged inconvenience and trouble caused to users who are using the X account login.
We also deeply apologize for the significant delay in providing this notice.
Given the circumstances, TERAVIT has decided to discontinue the sign-in feature using X accounts.
We kindly ask users who are currently using X accounts to switch to another external account (such as a Google account or Apple ID).
The steps for switching are provided below.

1) Access the inquiry form and select "Other" as the inquiry type. In the Inquiry Detail, please enter "I want to switch my sign-in account from an X account to another external account" then submit it.

2) Our support team will respond via email with further information, including the URL for the account transfer form.
3) Please follow the instructions in the transfer form and select a new external account to use for signing in.
