A new hotfix is out - 1.0.75p
Here's a list of all the fixes and changes:

• Blacksmith no longer says "This is not good for business" after you helped her
  
• Fixed a wrong icon in Nayati's ledger
  
• You can now more easily tell the difference between empty and filled glass bottles
  
• Fixed Wanted Poster in Tumbleville not having collision
  
• Improved various cliff collision
  
• Lars is back from his vacation and should now be in his workshop (if you've rescued him)
  
• The invulnerable bandits threatening Frank will now actually leave when they're done
  
• Fixed an issue where Yara's vendor wouldn't open
