Austra is about probability and manipulating odds to give you a favorable outcome. Their dice pool includes crit chances and dodge chances. Critical will increase the purification you will deal and dodging will, well dodge corruption that the enemy may apply. There are even status effects that you can apply that will give benefits if you are successful in dodging damages or getting a crit.
