* Fixed a bug where after 10+ seasons all tyres parameters up to maximum
* Skill growth of key staff (chief designer, production, marketing) in the off-season has been significantly increased. Previously, growth was too low and over time, retiring staff were replaced by new ones with 1-1 skills and did not grow further.
* AI in the rain has become more conservative and does not put rain tyres too early
* Fixed a bug when in-race save after loading going to error
* Fixed a bug where UI language was set to Russian by default
* Chance to firing regular staff in building has been significantly reduced. Previously, the number of hired and fired staff was approximately the same and it was hard to fill the building with staff
