PixelOver 0.17 Alpha 1 - Godot Engine 4 Migration

Hello! Here is an alpha version of a huge migration of PixelOver to the next major version of Godot, going from Godot 3.5.1 to Godot 4.4.

Most of the work was to migrate the current software with the existing features. However, through the pre-releases, new functionalities will be added to encourage you to test it.

Please note that pre-release versions may be unstable, especially alpha ones.

Allow parent-child layers.



And multiple layers to be a clipping mask under one layer.

Now attempt to load project and shader files, even if they contain errors, rather than completely failing and only displaying an error message.
