After an incredibly exciting weekend for SWORN, we are pleased to announce the Playtest is OPEN to everyone!

Thanks to all who joined the Closed Playtest over the weekend, we're overwhelmed by the thousands of players that jumped into Camelot to challenge Sir Gawain. The reception to SWORN, and the valuable feedback is appreciated by us all.

We're still in pre-alpha stages of development, there's so much to look forward to as we continue to improve and enhance SWORN. Please continue to share your feedback with us throughout this week!

New King Arthur roguelike is basically a co-op Hades set in Camelot

The influence of Hades has been felt across the spectrum of roguelike games, and new challenger Sworn is certainly no exception. Taking the tried and tested format to the land of Arthurian legend, Sworn is a co-op action game that sees you fighting through a fallen Camelot to reclaim the kingdom from a corrupted King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table. Coming to Steam in 2024, you can sign up right now for a chance to join the game's closed playtest.

Explore and reclaim a fallen Camelot in a dark retelling of the Arthurian legend that binds you and your companions in an oath to purge the corrupted Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table. Closed Playtest Details

Journey through the Wirral Forest and challenge Sir Gawain in your unique quest to reclaim a fallen Camelot. Continue your adventure to unlock and experiment with new weapons, crests, and an additional Squire.

Closed Playtest Content

Access to the full 1st biome of the game, Wirral Forest
1 Character unlocked, with one further to be unlockable
1 Weapon per character unlocked, with a further 2x unlockable per character
1 Crest per character unlocked, with a further 2x unlockable per character

Closed Playtest Platform

PC (Steam) only for the Closed Playtest. Steam Deck is not supported at this stage in development.

Note: Controller is the preferred method of play, however, mouse & keyboard is supported too. Button layout in-game for controller players is built for Xbox controllers only at this stage.

How does the difficulty system work in the Closed Playtest?

In-game difficulty scales depending on your party size. Sworn will have more difficultly options at launch.
