Outgoing RaidsRestart the game and steam to pick it up!
Surrender Nuance
Enemy Rulers can refuse to Surrender when threatened with Execution or Capture if they think their Kingdom can still win the Fight
Executing or Capturing them anyway means the Fight continues until the Defenders give up and Flee and the Kingdom Dissolves
Enemy Rulers will not Surrender until Discovered
Defenders will now Surrender (or Dissolve) when all Downed
Dump Aggro when Capturing or Executing the Enemy Ruler after Surrender
Player Combatants will no longer target Enemy Babies unless explicitly targeted
Incoming Raids
Non-Conquest Raids no longer target Babies
Melee Combat
Prevent extra swings at targets that are Downed when we don't intend to Finish them
Babies
Treat Babies the same as Downed Mortals from an Aggro perspective
Cannot participate in Fight Moments
Can no longer be Robbed by Bandits
Adjust UI Offset

Re-add Declare War Concession for Player
