Fourth Content Update for Seeds of Calamity!

[p]Hello! Today I’m here to announce the fourth official content update for Seeds of Calamity![/p][p] [/p][p]Faster Movement Speed!
Starting from day 1, you will be able to buy a Swiftroot Fig Sapling from the general store. Once the tree is grown and harvested, look for a letter from Garin who has a great idea for a new elixir...[/p][p][/p][p]Clear your Farm with Ease!
After you have fully upgraded your Ritual Stone, go talk to Jorund to hear an explosive idea...[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]More Farm Decorations!
You can now buy more farm decorations during certain festivals. Keep an eye out for the Golden Windmill that is sold during the Solstice Celebration. This decoration, once placed, will prevent tree seeds and weeds on your farm from spreading. It's pricy but worth it. :)[/p][p][/p][p]Large Chests![/p][p]The long requested feature is now here! You can now craft large chests on your farm for some Wood and Iron Bars. They can hold 3 times more than the Small Chests which should solve any storage woes you may have.[/p][p][/p][p]New Adorable Companion! [/p][p]With this update I have also added a new companion type: Foxes. You can change your companion at any time by using the mirror in your farmhouse.

With this update I also did a bunch of bug fixes and other minor feature changes:

Game Play: [/p]
  • [p]Prevented some players from breaking the Laid to Rest quest when trying to get quest items with a full pack.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug where the Old Journal item would disappear for some player during the True Dedication quest.[/p]
  • [p]Made rare artifacts slightly more likely to find.[/p]
  • [p]Dropped the price of animal feed.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug where fish of higher qualities didn't receive the sell price increase perk.[/p]
  • [p]Adjusted some enemy damage amounts.[/p]
  • [p]Stopping a series of cooked dishes in the middle of crafting will now refund the correct items.[/p]
[p] UI and Controller Support: [/p]
  • [p]Added a controller rumble when the player has a fish on their fishing line.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug that allowed some players to consume healing items during combat when their Action Points were depleted.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a logic error for controller players that would end combat prematurely if the End Turn button was flashing.[/p]
  • [p]Minor text changes.[/p][p][/p]

Third Content Update for Seeds of Calamity!

[p]Hello! Today I’m here to announce the third official content update for Seeds of Calamity![/p][p] [/p][p]Yri and Tonna's Final Story Quest! [/p][p]Once you have completed all other story quests for Yri and Tonna's relationship, you will receive a letter in early Spring of Year 2. I hope you enjoy the conclusion of their story.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Challenge Altar![/p][p]After completing all other altars in the Shrine, you will be able to complete one final Challenge altar. Only the most advanced farmers will be able to complete the offering. Are you up for the challenge?

*Please note: Due to a logic error, the recipe for the elixir Berserker's Draft was not able to be obtained for some players. If you do not have this elixir but have completed a Challenge Dungeon run, then you will have to complete it (and open all chests) again.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Even More Quests! [/p][p]In Year 2, you will have at least 1 more quest for each season. So make sure to keep an eye on your mailbox and talk to the villagers often.[/p][p][/p][p]Attuned Crystals Rebalance![/p][p]The grind for Attuned Crystals has been greater than I intended. To help with this, I've reduced the number of Smooth Planks it takes to craft many of the more common decoration and utility items. I have also added Attuned Crystals as a reward for some Bounties.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Quality of Life Features![/p][p]I've added a few highly requested features as part of this update:[/p]
  • [p]You can now sit in any chair on your farm or in the village to slowly gain back your energy.[/p]
  • [p]You can use the Skill Perk Reset altar in the lower level of the Shrine to reset all your skill perks after sleeping. Keep in mind that you will need to complete all other altar offerings before you can access this altar.[/p]
  • [p]The quest to unlock the Tree Tapper item will now start with a letter so if you missed it, be sure to check your mailbox after sleeping![/p]
  • [p]A new accessibility option has been added to allow you to change the highlight color of the item selection for the Action Bar and Inventory menu.[/p]

  • [p]Fixed items disappearing in small chests (Please let me know if this keeps happening!).[/p]
  • [p]Fixed fishing bounties sometimes not completing even though the requested number of fish have been caught.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an interaction with Helena for the Royal Selection quest.[/p]
  • [p]Added negative tiles to the Rain Festival mini game to make it a bit more challenging.[/p]
  • [p]Quests that have a letter start will now be able to start properly (after sleeping) if they were broken in the past.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an item duplication bug when getting dungeon loot.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed the game crashing for some players during the dungeon tutorial quest when trying to enter the dungeon for the first time.[/p]
  • [p]Trees can no longer be planted on top of paths and tiles.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed Spinning Wheels sometimes duplicating when trying to remove them.[/p]
  • [p]Cutting down a tree with a tapper will also drop any sap ready to be harvested.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a game crash that occasionally happened after using the Teleport Home button in the accessibility menu.[/p]
  • [p]The crafting recipe for Berserker's Draft has been changed to use Painted Long Horn instead of Golden Ruff.[/p]
[p] UI and Controller Support: [/p]
  • [p]Added a warning when going into the dungeon when the sell bin is full while you also have an active bounty.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed the achievements tab in the Journal sometimes displaying an incorrect title.[/p]
  • [p]Updated the controller support for the animals tab in the Journal menu.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a display issue with the crafting menu when trying to craft an item with not enough materials available.[/p]
  • [p]Corrected font colors for some menus.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a display issue when opening the Ritual stone crafting menu on controller.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a display issue with some Guild Request items in the Sell bin menu.[/p]

[p]Hello! I wanted to put out another bug fixing patch before fully focusing my attention on the next content update. :)[/p][p][/p][p]Quality of Life Improvements:[/p]
  • [p]If the End Turn button is flashing during combat, you can now use the space bar to end your turn.[/p]
  • [p]The crafting bench, fireplace, and ritual stone menus will now be able to press and hold the +/- buttons to rapidly increase the crafting amount.[/p]
  • [p]If you have completed the quest "A Sweet Exchange" you will now see the cooking recipe "Candied Blossoms" in the fireplace menu as expected.[/p]
[p][/p][p]Gameplay:[/p]
  • [p]Stopped menus from being opened during the Fishing Contest event, which prevents the contest from breaking.[/p]
  • [p]Mixed qualities of animal feed will now behave as expected overnight.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed item qualities not being changed to the base quality when using a mouse to place items for the Enchanted Altar.[/p]
  • [p]Prevented players from buying more items than can fit in their inventory (the max per purchase is now 999).[/p]
  • [p]Prevented the bridge south of the farm from occasionally repairing itself[/p]
[p][/p][p]UI and Controller Support:[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug that prevented some crafted items from being properly refunded when stopping a craft in progress.[/p]
  • [p]Prevented crafting material costs from being reduced in certain cases.[/p]
  • [p]Improved the controller support for the post combat loot management menu.[/p]
  • [p]You can now click on an item in the Action bar and then open the Consume Item menu right away.[/p]
  • [p]Improved the item management for moving items into a chest.[/p]

[p]Hello! Here is a small patch to address some of the more pressing issues found after the second content update.[/p][p][/p][p]Gameplay:[/p]
  • [p]Fainting in the greenhouse will no longer crash the game.[/p]
  • [p]Using the Return Crystal from your inventory from inside of the Challenge dungeon will now teleport you back to the lobby of the Challenge dungeon and not the normal one.[/p]
  • [p]Prevented players from starting the "Cracking the Mystery" quest without completing "A Dangerous Repair" quest.[/p]
  • [p]Pathing placed in the greenhouse will no longer display over top of trees.[/p]
[p]UI:[/p]
  • [p]Tea effects will no longer display after exiting to the main menu.[/p]
  • [p]Placing items in wine barrels, pickling jars, and spinning wheels will now work as expected.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed the player not reacting to some crafted lights[/p]
  • [p]The player will no longer get teleported to the wrong dungeon when using a teleport crystal.[/p]
