Custom vehicles support

[p][/p][p]Recently I mentioned that I would like to introduce ability to add custom vehicles to the game. Directly to the [c]/mods[/c] folder. With a pre-defined files structure, the ability to paint vehicles, but not the ability to replace parts. Before I begin work on that system, I need to know if anyone would be interested in creating such modifications, and if so, I'd like to hear their opinion on the potential system.
