Minor Patch 2

Small update fixing a couple of things I overlooked in Regular Update 1.

1. Fix: Removed debug code line that was accidentally included that would spam the console with debug info for the whereabouts of other players in the radar.
   
2. New: Changed the image file for the radar background.
   

Next update is likely to be at the end of the month when it will be a larger, Early Access Regular Update 2.
