Hotfix v.220225 changes and fixes

Gameplay fixes:
- Issue with freezing while merging parties resolved
- Some tools freezing if used as weapons (pickaxe)
- Some buildings damage points changed, won't freeze anymore if attacked
- Well on abandoned farm now can fill buckets and watersacks
