1.0.15 - Demo Hotfix

This is another hotfix build for the demo!

This build fixes some issues surrounding the cursor + the camera following it (especially in gamepad mode).

Fixes / Changes:

- Draw the grid cursor as a tall beam when entering the fog, so you can still find it
- Fix grid cursor secretly moving around in the menu or when ui is open
- Fix grid cursor starting in an odd place, now starts the same place consistently
- Fix camera snapping back after moving the grid cursor (e.g when entering the fog)
