In this update, we’ve implemented several fixes and improvements to enhance your gameplay experience and help you better understand the world of Slayer.

✨ Update Details
Fixed a bug from the last update where the tutorial achievement could not be completed.

Added a loading screen when transitioning to the next stage, so players can better track progress.

Added a fade-out effect when opening doors with keys to strengthen visual presentation.

Removed the chapter selection scene, as it will not be used in future chapters.

Added a story scene after the main scene to help players understand the game’s world and lore more easily.

Adjusted the camera to provide a wider field of view for smoother gameplay.

This update brings a complete redesign of the game’s visual identity (including the logo and title) and major improvements to combat balance and gameplay feedback.

🎨 Visual & UI Updates
Full redesign of logo, title, and overall graphic style

Enhanced lighting effects from torches to improve dungeon visibility

⚔️ Combat & Balance
Bosses now transition phases earlier, with rebalanced HP

Some weapons and spinning skills now apply freeze effects

📊 Info & Stats
Character screen now displays critical and hit stats via tooltips

Stamina rework: attacks consume stamina, and attacking with zero stamina now reduces HP

🪧 Gameplay Hints Updated
In-game signs updated for new stamina rules

Improved guidance on torches, falling, and breakable wooden tiles

This update focuses on helping new players adapt early on, while also improving system stability and visual clarity across the game.

🔰 Gameplay & Stage Adjustments
Removed fall zones in early stages
To help players focus on movement and basic attacks, fall hazards have been removed from early stages.

Torch signpost repositioned
The location of the torch tutorial sign has been adjusted for better flow and visibility.

🎮 UI & Visual Updates
ESC menu now shows clearer stage order
The UI has been updated to improve the visibility of your current stage from the pause menu.

Main UI icons updated with pixel style
Major interface icons have been redesigned in pixel art style for consistency and style.

Loading screen added after trailer
A new loading screen now appears after the opening trailer for smoother transition.

⚙️ System & Balance Improvements
Base stamina increased + agility stat enhanced
We've raised base stamina and strengthened the impact of agility points for more dynamic combat pacing.

Fixed tutorial mute issue
Resolved an issue where tutorial audio was not playing in certain cases.

Hello everyone,
This update focuses on enhancing both survival and combat mechanics through new torch features and parry rewards.

🔥 Torch System

Holding a torch now restores 1 HP every 4 seconds.

Added a healing particle effect when recovering HP via torch.

Updated the torch UI icon for better visibility and immersion.

🛡️ Parry System

Parry success now fully restores SP, encouraging more active use in battle.

Updated UI structure and translations in the parry tutorial for clarity.
