Antonela here, Director of Global Community at 505 Games. In the run up to our DEATH STRANDING DIRECTOR’S CUT PC launch, we bring some super exciting news from our lands.

As many of you will know, DEATH STRANDING is all about establishing connections and we want to celebrate that message once again in the form of a Community Q&A session with Game Creator, Hideo Kojima and Art Director, Yoji Shinkawa.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for our players to get their burning questions answered by Hideo Kojima and / or Yoji Shinkawa, two industry icons over at KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS who need no introduction.

From today until March 11th, we invite our community to leave a question related to DEATH STRANDING for Hideo Kojima and / or Yoji Shinkawa, here on Steam in the comments below.

A selection of questions will be picked for Hideo Kojima and Yoji Shinkawa to answer and we’ll share their responses later this month across our major social media channels. Stay tuned for that!

IMPORTANT: Please remain respectful, avoid spoilers, think outside the box and stay on topic. For this Community Q&A session, Hideo Kojima and Yoji Shinkawa will only be answering questions related to DEATH STRANDING and DEATH STRANDING DIRECTOR’S CUT. Please also make it clear in your submission who your question is for. That way we will know whether you want both Hideo Kojima and Yoji Shinkawa to answer your question or not.

Welcome back, Porters! Antonela here, Director of Global Community at 505 Games. In our latest Community Blog, we want to provide an update on all things DEATH STRANDING DIRECTOR’S CUT for PC, as promised.

Launching on Steam this Spring, DEATH STRANDING DIRECTOR’S CUT is the ultimate DEATH STRANDING experience. Ever since our initial announcement at the start of the month, the response from the community has been overwhelmingly positive. It was a fantastic way to kick off 2022, so firstly, we want to take this moment to say thank you for your love and support across our social channels. Hi everyone. Antonela here, Director of Global Community at 505 Games, working on DEATH STRANDING PC. Today is a super exciting day in our lands, as we bring news we know many of you have been anxiously waiting for!

KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS and 505 Games are absolutely delighted to announce that DEATH STRANDING DIRECTOR’S CUT will launch here on Steam in Spring 2022.

Now coming to PC, DEATH STRANDING DIRECTOR’S CUT is the definitive DEATH STRANDING experience and will, for the first time, incorporate Intel’s new Xe Super Sampling (XeSS) graphics technology for an enhanced experience for PC players. XeSS uses machine learning to enable players to explore the unique environment of DEATH STRANDING DIRECTOR’S CUT in high graphical detail along with elevated performance.

We know our wonderfully passionate PC community have been asking for DEATH STRANDING DIRECTOR’S CUT for quite some time now, so we’re thrilled to be able to confirm its existence today.

And speaking of community, the DEATH STRANDING player base hold a very special place in our hearts here at 505 Games, thanks to the overwhelming support we’ve received across social ever since we initially announced DEATH STRANDING PC back in 2019.
