Patch #28 - Hotfix

Hello guys,

A hotfix for an unpleasant crash when loading and a couple of tweaks.

• Added a hint for the event “A free lord is waiting to be hired.”
  

[h3]Balance:[/h3]

• Free lords will now visit the player’s city no earlier than the 5th day.
  
• The default scenario is now set to “No Scenario.”
  

[h3]Fixes:[/h3]

• Fixed a bug where the game could not be saved after a seductive guest arrived if the player’s city had a lord with the “Lustful” trait.
  
• Fixed a crash when loading old saves where bandit camps could still exist in regions with destroyed cities.
