Tech Tree is now live in Stardust Exile

A new update introducing the Tech Tree has been released in Stardust Exile. Some notable techs:
- The limit of ships can now be increased to 384.
- The construction time and cost of new ships can be lowered.
- The production units harvest rate as well as the storage space can be increased.

A new ship type called Research Vessel is now used to generate Research Advancements by orbiting specific planets.
New players will start with a ship limit of 128, existing players will have the tech to increase to 256 already researched. Ships components like Heavy Armor and Gauss Weapons will have to be researched by both new and existing players.
