Introducing..the POD update!
Dear earthlings!
It finally happened. The Pod Update just dropped! And for this special occasion, I have included a sale week when the game is 50% off. It has never been this cheap before, and perhaps never will be this cheap. So get it while you can!
Pod Customizability
One of the main feature for this update is the ability to fully customize your pod. There are a total of 1.3 million possible combinations. Pods now also have a chance to spawn on spaceships. You can actually board and steal those Pods, but I doubt the faction occupying this spaceship will appreciate your actions. You can also spot Pods flying around on your mini map. Those Pods are occupied by any faction member. Careful, if this faction is hostile towards you, they will attack you on sight. This will make the game world a bit more populated. Pods can be customized at your own Pod Bay. Just dock your desired pod, and use your Pod Bay.
Not only can you change the way your pod looks. You can actually customize your POD stats too including:
Each and every part you choose for your POD has a possible positive or negative effect on its stats, including:
Saving problems
There have been multiple reports about saving not working. In no way shape or form can I recreate this bug. I also can't find any wrongs in the code. I have added a version compatibility fail-safe, I think it has to do with the fact that I changed the save system in the previous update, so older files can't be read. If you still experience any bugs regarding saving your progress, Please report this bug via the official discord channel, preferably with an error message. Thanks in advance. I want to get rid of this bug asap.
