Fixed the issues that required 4.1.8 and 4.1.9 to be undone, those are now redeployed.

Snecko returned to a 3-character draft instead of 4.

Automaton's Break, Buggy Mess, and the relic 'Makeshift Battery' now insert specific, named statuses instead of random ones.

Hermit Act 1 Boss: Now has a pet Louse.

Hermit Act 2 Boss: Fixed Pen Nib being able to be consumed by the player's cards. Now uses Flash Powder instead of Gestalt. Pen Nib will now affect the damage output intent of a card that will trigger later in the turn (if it is 2 attacks away and has 2 attacks in hand, the 2nd attack was previously not shown to have Nib'd damage)

Hermit Act 3 Boss: Fixed Wide Open never being used.

Hermit Changes:

Dissolve now reads "Gain 12(18) Block. Block is not removed at the start of your next 2 turns. Exhaust."

Adapt now reads "At the end of your turn, you can Exhaust a card to gain 6 Block.", additional copies increase the number of cards exhausted. Adapt card selection window now tells the proper number of cards you can exhaust.

Maintenance now reads "Your Strikes deal 3(4) more damage. (Gain 1 Dexterity.)" and is always 1-cost.

Body Armor now reads "Discard a card. Gain 6(8) Block. If it was a Skill, gain 6(8) more Block."

Called shot now draws Attacks.

Bug fix: Exiting the run at the first floor causing to being left without Unidentified card classes.

Fixed a rare softlock related to Gremlins in event combat rooms.

Fixed the Gemstone Gun relic triggering Straight Razor's on-card-removal effect 3 times per combat.

QoL: Spectral Spark and Volcano Visage can no longer be generated by Snecko, as well as aren't available in Unidentified pool.

Fixed a crash for players who had French language set (French localization nearly complete, but it got enabled a patch ahead of schedule)

Crash Fix

Reverted update 4.1.8 for the time being, as it seems it caused Downfall to crash on launch for some users. Sorry about that!

Update 4.1.8

Modified the Act 4 Elite fight to never allow 3 attack intents to roll simultaneously after the first turn. In any subsequent turns, if two enemies decide to attack, the third will not.

Fixed an issue with Hermit's Malice when used as single-target in a multi-monster encounter.

Fixed Hermit Boss in Colosseum not behaving correctly

Fixed Champ Crownarang not having a highlight logic

Fixed a rare crash with Snecko

Fixed Hexaghost Rain of Embers+ only applying 1 weak, not X weak

Fixed Champ Rope-a-Dope text still saying it drew 2 cards

Fixed some Champ cards bypassing Power Armor's Vigor limit

Update 4.1.7

Champ Stance Skill Bonuses can now trigger up to 3 times, refreshing when you switch Stances. There is a new dedicated UI to showcase this effect, replacing the former Stance Helper UI. Cards that state 'trigger skill bonus' do not trigger nor are restricted by this limit.

Removed the 'crossed swords' and 'fist' icon in the top of Champ stance opener and finisher cards.

Fixed Champ stance-opening Skills (like Berserker Shout) triggering a Skill bonus if the Champ was not in a stance already.

Champ's Arena Preparation can't generate itself.

Clean Code costs 1, but removes the next 3 Compile Errors rather than fully cleaning the next 3 functions, the same wording Overheat uses. Once again upgrades to gain Innate.

Buffed Dazing Pulse and Spike (from the Automaton Shape Factory event)

Automaton's Minor Beam+ - damage increased to 7 (up from 6, which was just +1 damage before.)

Automaton's Format - -1 damage/block

Automaton's Thunder Wave - Now costs 3, damage increased.

Automaton's Undervolt - Strength down increased by 1.

Fixed Awaken (boss card) not actually healing at the end of combat.

Hexaghost's Catch Up - Now triggers the previous flame 2(3) times.

Hexaghost's Heat Metal - Damage increased.

Hexaghost's Phantom Fireball - Damage reduced, but now costs 0.

Guardian's Ancient Construct now costs 3.

Guardian's Construction Form grants 1 Buffer (down from 2).

Guardian's Fierce Bash damage slightly reduced.

Fixed Snecko's Sleeved Ace relic still referring to Pure Luck's previous name.

Fixed Prepare Crush (boss card) being duplicated by Slime Boss's Duplicating Form
