0.9.07 M4A3E8 has been added, hull modification is now a separate vehicle

• The content from the previous test version is now officially live! This includes the Advanced Difficulty for Medium Tanks and the Thunderbolt VII advanced vehicle. Go give it a try!
• The regular M4A3E8 has now been added to the game!
• Each hull modification is now treated as a separate vehicle with its own difficulty completion record. You can also see them in your garage tank list now!
