The second round of new vehicle voting has begun!

-I plan to have players vote for two new vehicles every week.
-Each voting session will last for two days.
-The voting list will rotate weekly.

This time the theme is turret vehicles from England, France, and Italy.

Please vote in-game, although I will also post the voting list here.

New vehicle: Type 4 Chi-To! A medium tank equipped with a 75mm cannon.
-Secondary weapons on the turret can now be upgraded.
-Added wheel rotating animations for vehicles.
-Adjusted the positions of some sound effects and removed the Doppler effect.
-Changed the Penetration/Damage of Chi-Ri from 15/3 to 13/4.

- Enemies in the direction of your mouse cursor will now be highlighted and display armor and crew information (as long as they are visible, regardless of distance).
- Your auto-targeting turret now prioritizes attacking the highlighted target.
- Fixed the lag bug that occurred in the previous version.
- Fixed the bug where crew members talk too much during battles.
- Fixed the bug where the recoil direction of multi-weapon vehicles firing was all aligned with the main cannon direction.
