  • :check_mark: In response to some players' reactions to the "slow pace of the game", an interface has been added to adjust the speed of knowledge acquisition, sleeping time, and the number of immigrants. If you think it's too slow, you can use it for a while. Other more reasonable ways to increase the population are also in the making.

  • Load BGM (Background Music) in advance to prevent lag when playing BGM for the first time.
  • Optimize the lagging caused by overnight.
  • Optimize the lag caused by box selection.
  • Optimize the lag caused by finding the nearest campfire when primitives are eating at night.
  • :check_mark: Greatly shortened the wait time for some parts of the tutorial to optimize the experience.

[h3]Bug Fixes and Balancing:[/h3]
  • Animals suddenly run towards the edge of the map during hunting missions.
  • :check_mark: Bone Bow's hit rate increased from 50% to 60%.

  • Removed some unnecessary information from the character interface to reduce the lagging of the character interface.
  • Optimized box selections to reduce the lagging of box selections.
  • Optimized the lagging caused by the frenzied animals when they are searching for the location they want to reach.


[h3]Bug Fixes:[/h3]
  • The number of frenzied animals in peace difficulty and easy difficulty in the old file is still 100%.
  • The number of adult animals in the old file's newly brushed out beast quests is still the same as it was before the numerical modification.
  • :check_mark: The UI of the master worship interface has mixed foreign languages with Chinese.
  • The time of the quest dispatch interface is not calculated. Estimation does not calculate the time to stay in the other tribe.

We still working almost with all manpower to solve the lag issues. Also be sure to let us know (commenting this post or at our Discord server) if the video card fan is still spinning badly.

Here we are with another patch today. We have adjusted the difficulty of early-game rampaging beasts, so players should no longer have their bases destroyed by three little boars. More improvements will follow.

[h3]Optimizations:[/h3]
  • Optimized grass decoration in scenes.
  • Default graphics quality adjusted to "Medium".
  • Graphics quality levels adjusted as follows:
    - Grass decoration is disabled below "Medium".
    - Shadows are disabled below "Low".

[h3]Balancing:[/h3]
  • :check_mark: Pregnant women can now engage in combat.
  • Wild beast spawn rates:
    - Easy difficulty reduced from 100% to 50%, with a minimum of 1 beast.
    - Peaceful difficulty reduced from 100% to 30%, with a minimum of 1 beast.
  • Catapult hit rate increased from 60% to 65%.
  • Attack power increased from 25 to 26.
  • Range increased from 25 to 28.
  • Adjusted the spawn quantity of animals in the Savage Beast mission:
    - Boars, wolves, and fishing birds reduced from 2-3 to 1-2.
    - Mammoths and saber-toothed tigers reduced from 4-6 to 3-4.
    - Aurochs reduced from 4-6 to 2-4.
  • Optimized the tutorial steps for medical treatment. Now, a severely injured person will appear first, followed by a sick person who needs medication after treatment.

  • :check_mark: Fixed the issue of abnormal synchronization of Steam cloud saves.
  • :check_mark: Fixed terrain rendering display error on Intel graphics cards.
  • :check_mark: Improved abnormal GPU usage issue.
  • Room formation conditions can now be fully viewed in the text.
  • Updated the automatic slaughter selection conditions to use "or" logic (satisfying any condition will trigger slaughter), and clarified this in the interface.

  • :check_mark: Selling animals with changed names will cause an error, preventing the transaction from completing.
  • Dragging the camera switch interface would cause an error.
  • Non-existent items appeared in the tribe acquisition interface.


[h3]Known Issues Being Addressed:[/h3]
  • Many players are experiencing early-game base destruction by three little boars across various difficulties, adjustments will be made soon.
  • Frame rate drops occur when switching BGM, during overnight events, and during automatic saves. We are actively working on addressing these issues.
  • AMD graphics card users may experience significantly lower frame rates compared to Nvidia card users. We are gathering statistics and will address this issue promptly.


Our studio lacks an AMD environment, and we didn't anticipate this problem when placing the order. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. 🙏🙏🙏 If you encounter low frame rates on AMD cards, please provide us with feedback.

The graphics card improvements should affect all cards. Additionally, there seems to be a low frame rate issue with AMD cards, and we are currently investigating. If you encounter this issue, please let us know.
