Free cloud hotfix, comfyui API image gen

- Hotfix for unofficial free cloud "NSFW" error when changing locations
- Added a local image gen option (ComfyUI API)
- Fixed minor scrolling bug

Fixes for unofficial free cloud and more

Fixed Unofficial Free Cloud failure experienced by some users:
- Fixed error message to make it more informative than just null reference exception
- The root cause was the character limit of the service. Logic has been added to truncate the text if it exceeds these limits, and you will also see it reflected in the story/prompt UI. In most cases, for default settings you will not see any significant degradation in quality from these limits.
Fixed bug introduced by last update, affecting only a few actions such as picking a new quest, where non-chatgpt-style event checks would throw an error if you didn't download the 12 GB of local AI's

Over 90% reduction in download size

Due to the increased availability of free and paid cloud text generation as well as local API options, the original bundled local AI's (which used to be the only way to play the game at first launch) have been moved to an optional free download. If you still want to use this feature, you have the option of letting the game download it automatically, or doing a manual installation.

The total size of AI Roguelite on Steam is now 1.0 GB, down from about 13 GB.

More event check options + Free cloud event checks

You can now select from among free cloud, silver, or sapphire event checks even when using other text generation modes such as NovelAI or Kobold API. For the time being, silver text gen assumes you want silver event checks and same for sapphire. If there's strong demand for other options that could change, but I think these are the best options for the respective price categories anyway. For Sapphire NSFW, we don't need a separate event checker for NSFW yet, because the chatGPT event check preamble is able to make it generate the Q and A format for the most part.

Free cloud event checks is a new addition to the game and the new default event check model. It's not as accurate as ChatGPT, but on the plus side, it's fast and it's free. For the first time since launch, non-subscribing users can run the game out of the box without needing any local model at all.
