Improvements:
- Modified item categories: Industry(extractors/factory/assembly plant/depots), Advanced Industry, Transports, etc.
- Add Spanish translation
Balance:
- set speeds buttons to x2.5 and x5
Bugs fix:
- remove some bad translation in tutorial (from modified texts, so they are in english for now)
- Fix bug on day counting in high speed (might improve perfs on games with water maybe)
