With the Demo coming to a close, we just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who gave it a shot and shared your thoughts with us. Your feedback has been incredibly valuable and helpful to us to fine-tune the game. Our team is hard at work to deliver the authentic and immersive paramedic experience you deserve,

That said, this is just the beginning of your journey! The full release of Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator is just around the corner, launching on February 6th, 2025. Mark your calendars, because we can’t wait to welcome you back for the complete experience. Whether you’re responding to high-stakes emergencies or navigating the challenges of life as a paramedic, there’s so much more to discover.

• You responded to 144,665 Callouts (we won't comment on how many were successful...)
• A total of 82,666 Shifts were launched
  
• Only 3% of players embraced the full challenge of being a paramedic by playing in Simulation Mode!

We're pushing a new hotfix to resolve more issues in the demo we launched yesterday. Thank you for your patience and support!

• Resolved blood flow efficiency on patients not initializing correctly.
  
• Fixed the issue of no patients being present during certain callouts.
  

[h3]Gameplay Adjustments:[/h3]

• Reduced overall traffic density across all settings.
  
• Default pedestrian and traffic density changed to Medium.
  

[h3]Graphics & Performance Improvements:[/h3]

• Default game user graphics settings are now set to Medium.
  
• Updated graphics presets to enhance performance.
  
• Hardware ray tracing is no longer active by default.
  
• Adjusted resolution scale options to 66, 71, 87, and 100.
  
• Added a system requirements popup for user convenience.

• Enhanced Nav Mesh performance for smoother gameplay.
  
• Fixed errors and reduced the long wait time at the end of the introductory shift.

We like to listen to the sound of the city at the start of my shift. Before the adrenalin kicks in. Every call is a leep on the unknown. As soon as you receive the emergency call, speed off to the site of the accident in your ambulance, sirens wailing. Apply first aid and transport the seriously injured to hospital.

As a paramedic, you remember your first call-out for as long as you live. Welcome in our new (fictional) testimony!

[h2]Story #10: A new paramedic’s first call-out[/h2]

"You remember your first call-out for as long as you live.

It was a few years ago, but it really feels like yesterday. We responded to an incident in the middle of the night in a place I recognized straight away. It was the restaurant where I went to eat on Friday evenings with my parents back when I was a kid.

When we got to the kitchen, I had a shock. It was the same chef as in those days, and he was the reason for our call-out. I recognized him from his peculiar apron because his face was barely recognizable. He was unconscious and suffocating because the inside of his windpipe was swelling up due to an instant allergic reaction.

I must admit that it was really striking, especially for the first time! There wasn’t a second to lose, so I put my emotions and memories to one side, and we made an incision so that the victim could breathe again. We administered the necessary care to stabilize him on the scene, before taking him to the appropriate facility.

Since then, I go back to the restaurant from time to time. I regularly see the chef going from table to table to ask if everything is going well. I don’t know if he recognizes me since we never mentioned that evening, but it’s heart-warming to know that he’s been able to return to the job that he loves!"
