1.01.53364 - Chirurgeon's Table - Hotfix

We've just released a new build with the following changes:

• Chirurgeon: Trephination no longer removes positive tokens from allies
  
• German string fixes for empty spaces
  
• Adjusted various poptext and death stamps being too low on the new champion enemies
  
• Fixed an issue where a Man-at-Arms corpse turned back into his model upon game restart, even though he was still definitely dead
