We have just pushed an update that resolves the following issues:
  • Fixed an issue where the game would fail to load the main menu and become stuck on a black screen after the Red Hook logo
  • Fixed an issue with Vestal's Ministrations appearing twice in the loot window after completing the relevant Shrine of Reflection
