Early Access v1.0.5 Update

A few small fixes in this one:

• Vendor nameplates are now properly recycled instead of creating a whole new one when needed.
  
• Fixed an error when dragging an unequippable item over an equipment slot.
  
• Ability automation mode should now correctly figure out the steps required to make Elementium items.
