Upcoming Pricing Changes on May 23 and August 2024
Ahoy, Renegades! We’ve been listening to your feedback about GE-0 Cash and the in-game Shop since the launch of HAWKED, and especially since Issue #1 Renegades. Many Renegades told us they found the pricing of GE-0 Cash confusing and had trouble assessing the value of items in the Shop.
Payments in HAWKED are always optional and generally offer more unique styles and cosmetics to rock when you’re looting X-Isle. However, we know from your feedback we need to focus on better value, clarity of our pricing policies, and more choices and variety for players who do spend money. It’s also important to us that the exchange rate from real-world currency to GE-0 Cash is more easily understandable.
Between the Issue #2 launch on May 23 and August, we plan to address your concerns and feedback with the following changes to pricing in HAWKED:
While we would like to implement all changes as soon as possible, it will take a minimum of 90 days to roll them out completely due to our commitments to third-party platforms. We thank you for your patience as we work to improve our pricing policies in HAWKED!

Further reductions may be made through sales and promotions in the future. Other items and premium content will remain unchanged, but we may reevaluate more prices in the future.

Between the Issue #2 launch on May 23 and August, we plan to address your concerns and feedback with the following changes to pricing in HAWKED:
- Reduced Shop Prices (May 23): The price of items available from GE-0’s in-game Shop aboard the Riftwake will be changed. Many items will be reduced in price, with an average of 30% price reductions on certain item categories. The Premium Renegade Pass Bundle that grants 10 Levels will also be reduced.
- New GE-0 Cash Conversion Rate (August): The conversion rate of GE-0 Cash will become $1 for every 100 GE-0 Cash (excluding promotions and Pack bonuses). This will allow you to buy more premium currency when making bulk purchases and make the prices of in-game content more immediately understandable.
- New GE-0 Cash Packs (May 23 & August): Two new GE-0 Cash Packs will be introduced on May 23. We will roll out a new set of GE-0 Cash packs on platform storefronts to support the second phase of our pricing revamp in August 2024. Old packs will be phased out, and new ones will be introduced. This applies to the official HAWKED website, MY.GAMES Launcher, Steam, and Microsoft Store platforms.

The following changes are coming to HAWKED on May 23, 2024:
- The following GE-0 Cash Packs will be available on the official HAWKED website, Steam, MY.GAMES Launcher, and Epic Games Launcher (the Packs are also coming soon to Epic Games Store): 75 GE-0 Cash, 160 GE-0 Cash, 345 GE-0 Cash, 720 GE-0 Cash, 1170 GE-0 Cash, and 2100 GE-0 Cash. The 60 GE-0 Cash and 430 GE-0 Cash Packs will be retired.
- Two new GE-0 Cash Packs will be added to the PlayStation Store and Microsoft Store: 75 GE-0 Cash and 345 GE-0 Cash.
- The price of items available from GE-0’s in-game Shop aboard the Riftwake will be changed. Many items will be reduced in price, with an average of 30% price reductions on certain item categories. The Premium Renegade Pass Bundle that grants 10 Levels will also be reduced.
- Raider Packs will be removed from platform storefronts, with new bundles being introduced in Issue #2. The current Renegade Pass #1 will also end, with a new one being introduced on May 23, 2024.

- Premium Renegade Pass Bundle: 300 GE-0 Cash (17% Reduction)
- Old Price: 360 GE-0 Cash
- Avatars (Full Renegade Skins): 300 GE-0 Cash (17% Reduction)
- Old Price: 360 GE-0 Cash
- Outfits (Bundle including Headwear, Body, and Legwear): 225 GE-0 Cash (38% Reduction)
- Old Price: 360 GE-0 Cash
- Outfits (Headwear Only): 75 GE-0 Cash (38% Reduction)
- Old Price: 120 GE-0 Cash
- Outfits (Body Only): 75 GE-0 Cash (38% Reduction)
- Old Price: 120 GE-0 Cash
- Outfits (Legwear Only): 75 GE-0 Cash (38% Reduction)
- Old Price: 120 GE-0 Cash
- Masks: 75 GE-0 Cash (25% Reduction)
- Old Price: 120 GE-0 Cash
- Hoverboards: 135 GE-0 Cash (25% Reduction)

Further reductions may be made through sales and promotions in the future. Other items and premium content will remain unchanged, but we may reevaluate more prices in the future.
[h2]Changes to GE-0 Cash and Shop pricing in August 2024[/h2]
The following changes are coming to HAWKED in August 2024:
- The conversion rate of GE-0 Cash will become $1 for every 100 GE-0 Cash (excluding promotions and Pack bonuses), making it easier for players to calculate the intended value of items.
- In-game Shop prices will be readjusted according to the changes.
- For example, the Premium Renegade Pass will be 950 GE-0 Cash instead of 150 GE-0 Cash (a 5% price reduction), the Premium Renegade Pass Bundle will be 1,950 GE-0 Cash instead of 300 GE-0 Cash (a 3% price reduction), and purchasing Renegade Pass Levels will cost 150 GE-0 Cash instead of 25 GE-0 Cash (a 10% price reduction). More details will be announced at a later date.
- GE-0 Cash purchased on your account will be rebalanced. You will not lose any of its value, as the change will scale with any pricing changes in-game.
- New GE-0 Cash Packs will be added to all platforms (including PlayStation Store and Microsoft Store), with old ones being retired.
