Patch V0.6.23 Released

Hello to all players of "The Lost Village",

We've recently received much feedback from a lot of players, as well as some fair criticism🗣️. For instance, many players have found the Dungeon to be long and tedious😬, or expressed concerns about excessive resource farming. We hear you, and are actively striving to solve these issues❓.

Also, Tranlation mistakes, we know that.....

In this update, we're introducing Illusion Raiding, greatly enhancing reward earnings💰, and introducing Offline Disciple Challenges. That is, once a player has passed a realm, they can send a disciple to raid instead of repeatedly grinding for materials. This is especially so for Dungeon. After overcoming the challenge once, players need not fight again, and instead, can send disciples to hold fort⚔️.

We've also modified the way you obtain Taoist Point - players are no longer required to clear specific stages to get it. This reduces the pressure to grind.

  • Out World: Added main city from "Immortal Life": Mu Zhou
  • Out World: New sect from "Immortal Life": Guiyuan sect (renamed from original Gui Yuan sect. to "Canglan Sect") along with Guiyuan disciples
  • Prestige Store: Added related elixirs and recipes from the "Immortal Life"
  • Faith Store: Introduced seeds related to "Immortal Life" crossover (Category - Materials)
  • Opened Illusion Raid: Trial Tower/Illusion Real/Dungeon. Players can now dispatch disciples to train in cleared illusion realm and earn resources.
  • Optimized Disciple AI so they don't stand idle during battle
  • Sect Encyclopedia now includes English illustrations for our English players
  • Modified Taoist Point completion setup - no specific level clearance needed
  • Introduced Gender Change Elixir, which allows the alteration of disciple's gender

  • Fixed a bug that messed up attack notification after saving and reloading during an attack
  • Fixed a bug that caused Raiding to continue even when paused
  • Fixed a bug that only delivered one piece of equipment when purchasing multiple in the store
  • Fixed the lag problem in Illusion Realm
  • Resolved the missing recipes issue
  • Adjusted initial disciple coordinates for the Penglai sect, fixing the issue of the master and disciples ending up underground

[h3]I. Adjustments and Optimizations[/h3]

  • Added new feature Elixir "Rebirth Elixir"; using it increases potential by +100 and level drops to Refining I, can be purchased in Prestige Store and Auction
  • Plants older than 10 years can now be disassembled, right-click to obtain a plant of the same type but with fewer years
  • Improved the user guide for setting up a Destiny Artifact, providing more detailed instructions
  • Replaced most Elixir recipes' icons and descriptions to better distinguish them for players
  • Increased the number of goods for sale in the Auction to address the fatigue issue of players with excessive Save/Load counts
  • Lowered the Five Elements requirements for activating Destiny Artifact majesty
  • Accelerated the frequency of forging Destiny Artifac
  • Enabled player camera movement for Demonic Boss
  • Adjusted Demonic Boss countdown to start when the Master appears instead of when the BOSS appears.

  • Fixed the issue with old saves purchasing limited-quantity items unlocking recipes or buildings abnormally.
  • Fixed the blank prompt when manually breaking through while the disciple is automatically doing so.
  • Fixed recipe displays showing blank due to configuration changes in old saves.
  • Fixed abnormal items appearing in the entrance drop display of the illusion realm.
  • Fixed abnormal items appearing in the drop display during raiding.
  • Fixed the persistence of the Tiral Tower dropping the Srimat and Yin-Yang Book despite it should not.
  • Fixed the issue with the first chapter BOSS of the Tiral Tower showing the drop of the Yin-Yang Book

  • Optimized the refresh of illusion realms
  • Increased the chance for special breakthrough elixir materials to drop after conquering cities
  • Adjusted some city specialties to be special materials for refining breakthrough elixirs
  • Cities with special materials for refining breakthrough elixirs will guarantee corresponding material upon first victorious attack
  • High-quality realm breakthrough elixirs in the prestige shop can now be purchased without sect favor
  • Divine beasts will now spawn directly below staircases
  • The Auction has added all the elixirs required for breakthroughs
  • Added an option in the new game creation process to start with a high-quality elixirs
  • The initial supplies of the sect in the new game creation process have been increased to include some breakthrough resources

  • Added function to Subscribe up to 3 Illusion Realms, which can now be repeatedly challenged without time loss

First 2024 Major Update Released

Greetings to all "The Lost Village" players, and Happy New Year! We appreciate your support over the past year. We have now launched our first update of 2024. The new version has been updated, and we invite everyone to experience it. Below are the update details.

[h3]I. Changes to the entry of the Illusion Realm[/h3]

Considering the previous complaints about the "Boring" in the Illusion Realm, we've integrated some random open-world elements. Thus, the entry to the Illusion Realm is now discovered through 【Detecting】 on the 【Out World】.

The purposes of these changes are as follows:
  1. It facilitates the expansion of our future Illusion Realm levels. We have many more Illusion Realm gameplay styles planned which the original entry point could not accommodate.
  2. We have significantly increased output from adventure and planting, so players don't have to constantly grind in the Illusion Realm. This addresses complaints about the game being too monotonous, turning the Illusion Realm into a semi-linear + semi-open play style without a compulsory resource grind.
  3. Some levels with resources will always be available for players to even out resource collection.
  4. This adds more experiences and interaction to the Out World, instead of simply idling, thus enhancing the depth of the game.


[h3]II. Added the Bloody Land[/h3]

In response to previous player feedback about the Out World being too lonely and the desire for more interaction, we proactively introduced a new treasure hunting mode. In this mode, players will compete with disciples from other sects for the treasures in the Bloody Land. This is designed to simulate the setting where various sects in cultivation novels scramble for treasures, aiming to enhance your gaming experience.



[h3]III. Demonic Boss[/h3]

A timed Demonic Boss level has been added for players to continuously challenge themselves and gather resources. In future, a points system will be added to allow players to compete with forces from other sects and validate their abilities.



[h3]IV. Personalized Breakthroughs[/h3]

We've added lower, middle, and upper class breakthroughs to create a wider gap in disciple strength, making supporting disciples more powerful. This means disciples that players cannot pay much attention to won't need to consume too many sect resources.

At the same time, we will soon update the Rebirth System. This allows players a second chance if they make a mistake during the breakthrough.



[h3]V. Other Optimization[/h3]
  1. Optimized the main UI to be more clear and beautiful.
  2. We've improved the introduction for new players (updated recently) to help them better understand the roles and connections of each gameplay aspect.
  3. Enhanced the World Map's representation to make it more lively.
  4. Optimized the foreign affairs hall orders and raiding harvest, which can be improved by running a sect and maintaining good relationships with other sects.

[h3]Here are some previews and ideas for the next version[/h3]

[h3]I. Scenery System[/h3]

Currently, the strategy aspect is lacking in the home scenery creation and visits. We hope to create combinations of scenery and buildings to make the placement of buildings in the home more strategic. For example, the Bamboo and the Master Statue could potentially interact with each other in special ways.

[h3]II. Elder Hall[/h3]

Many players have expressed their wish to switch the sect master without starting from scratch. We plan to introduce an Elder Hall, which allows the current leader to ascend to the immortal world after reaching a certain realm, providing protection for the sect. At the same time, you can appoint previous disciples as the head of the sect, ensuring the continued existence of your sect.

PS: You might be able to ascend several leaders. Therefore, there might be many former leaders present in the hall...

[h3]III. More World Bosses and Illusion Levels[/h3]

Currently, we only have the Spider Queen. We plan to introduce more Demonic Bosses and additional Illusion levels to ensure that your large map never feels lonely.

To give some spoilers, a new Sect map, Kun, is under development, which will allow players to construct their homes on the body of a moving giant beast.
