Tomb Explorer VR EA News Update! *WARNING SPOILERS*
Hello, Explorers! First off we would like to apologize to everyone for significant delays... There's a saying in game development, that 10% is game development and 90% is fixing Bugs and Polish! This is partially the cause for delays but that would not be the entire story.
The truth is we have added additional content to ' fill in ' what was deemed to be missing after fixing the majority of bugs, this work has revealed a much higher quality experience, which in turn revealed "weaker spots".
For this reason we have added much more to the game to make it the complete experience we can be confident with. I will explain below!
[h3]EARLY ACCESS EXPECTATIONS[/h3]
PREVIOUS EARLY ACCESS LAUNCH EXPECTATIONS
“The Early Access version of the game currently includes the core game play mechanics and features six completed levels set in three unique location environments. Players can expect over four hours of game play duration in the current version.”

NEW EARLY ACCESS LAUNCH EXPECTATIONS
The new early access version will include 11 game play maps, 1 final map, 3 intro story maps and 1 museum map for all your achievements along your adventure. We are now totaling over 15 maps for Early Access! We have completed all currently known bugs and we continue to polish the game.

NEW EGYPT STORY MAP IN THE WORKS ... Additionally we will be working on continuing the story with further maps starting with Egyptian Promise.
NEW TREASURE HUNT CHALLENGE MAP IN THE WORKS
Furthermore, we will be working on a series of smaller maps designed to test the skills of the most experienced tomb raiders. Old School Tomb Raider Fans will love these 'crack the code' puzzle maps similar to portal difficulty. There is no easy mode here or story related to single player campaign.
The first map will begin in the Aztec Tzitzimitl.
The Museum Map will be your source for character, weapon, and outfit collection upgrades. This is currently in the works and will be fine tuned after release and offered as an update to reward you for completing maps, side objectives, and difficulty settings.
[h3]INDIEGOGO SUPPORTERS PRE-RELEASE VERSION[/h3] We apologize for any inconvenience and unmet expectations. We continue to work hard to provide the BEST ADVENTURE EXPERIENCE IN VR! Supporters will receive a pre-release copy under Non-Disclosure Agreements before anyone else. There was just so many bugs, we did not want supporters to experience something like that.

The official release date will NOT be revealed due to previously unfulfilled expectations. The official exact date will be posted on the store page, I can only tell you we are aiming for late MAY or beginning JUNE!
