Version 0.77.8 Workerbot and Scanner Fixes

[p]Greetings! We arrive today with two small fixes to not so small problems[/p]

• [p]The workerbots should no longer freeze up and get left behind underneath the shuttle[/p]
• [p]The Data Scanner checkbox for auto-requesting Datacube delivery is now correctly displaying for each unique Scanner.
  [/p]
