Compensation Details - December 2, 2022
We recently resolved an ongoing issue with Collector's Caches & Collector's Reserves that resulted in some players receiving incorrect or missing rewards. Thank you for your patience while we worked through this problem! To apologize for any inconvenience, we are sending the following compensation:
- ALL players will receive 200 Gold via the Inbox. This is available to collect for the next two weeks. Steam users need to claim the 200 Gold in the Inbox on a mobile device.
- Impacted players (those who didn't receive rewards or received boosters in new Collector's Caches and Collector's Reserves earned since the patch) will be able to re-open caches/reserves which were incorrectly filled.
