Fix crash on new game
Attempted fix for black screen bug on menu selection. This is likely related to input being registered twice - which means new issues are likely to crop up. We will continue to investigate but this is a tricky issue.
Improved “no shield damage boost” effect (made it subtler)
Game now saves window size and position when not using fullscreen
