Church Basement & Blackett House Update

New Areas

Two large optional areas have been added to Chapter 4.

Church Basement and Central Station: Face new mechanical and electrical horrors while learning more about Priscilla Mostyn.



Blackett House: Explore a multifloor randomized end game labyrinth with new enemies, new traps, and a new boss while saving new characters Lyddie & Lettie and hunting for randomized Amulets.



New Features

You can now erase troublesome enemies from the dream using the Erasure Ritual. They will not show up on subsequent nights, but will reappear next New Game +.

Balance Changes

- The Night Mother quest now requires 5 items instead of 4.
- The Byzantine Labyrinth is more maze-like, with blocked off doors and stairwells appearing in places other than the main hall
- More likely to find Gun Powder in Chapter 3/4
- Starry Greatsword does less curse damage
- Floating Failures do less damage and have less bleed & poison tolerance
- Health of Horace and Mannequin increased
- Circus Mannequin Challenge rewards now require more damage at higher NG+ levels and is capped at 25 prize tickets

Bug Fixes

- Fix the Options menu not appearing when activated from the Title Screen
- Fix the MG08 Machine Gun not working
- Fix Corpulent Zombie bestiary entry having the wrong stats
- Fix the Chapter 4 Lobby NPC sometimes not appearing, or appearing outside of his normal spawn area
- Fix Starry Flamethrower sometimes drifting off the center and no longer damaging enemies
- Fix Enchanted Armor enemies not blocking when a gun is pointed at them
- Fix some homing projectiles, such as Curse Orbs, flying towards the wall instead of their target under some circumstances
- Fix monsters being able to enter locked boss doors under some circumstances
- Re-added the Bloody Bell (Left Hand Item) to Blood Tower treasure tool after it was mistakenly removed(and was unobtainable)
- Fix Lord Nobody of Nowhere sometimes not spawning at the correct location
- Fix map in Byzantine Labyrinth sometimes showing doors that don't exist
- Fix Horace being able to be pet in Chapter 3 Nowhere before being rescued
- Fix the mannequin in the Circus skill game being able to be "killed" with enough damage
- Fix an issue where left hand items could not be used after completing the initial tutorial under some circumstances
- Fix the Cholera Clinic boss being able to be hit before starting the boss fight
- Fix an issue where damaging a Jailkeeper's shield could impact your own left hand item's durability
