Changelog:
Fixed "I got the playlist" achievement.
If you have already finished the campaign, complete a level again in the campaign and it should trigger.

Fixed double notes on Adalam Va! that prevented 100% completion on Ultra difficulty.
Fixed boost notes on Legion.
Went over all 40 levels and difficulties to fix any other misbehaving boost notes.
