Parcel Corps FAQs, Hot off the Press!

If you have further questions, please post them in Steam Discussions and we’ll do our best to answer.

Q) What is Parcel Corps?

A) In this satirical action-adventure game, you will take the form of a freelance bicycle courier, delivering packages and running errands for businesses of all kinds around New Island. Play alone or with friends as you perfect your routes and pedal for your life!

Ditch the 9-5 and embrace the high-octane life of a freelance bicycle messenger! Forget the job security, stable salary, and basic workplace rights less cool jobs offer while you ride along walls, grind rails, and startle pigeons on your way to corporation-toppling domination.

How long is Parcel Corps?

A) Parcel Corps has eight bustling sandbox levels bursting with mission-giving businesses across New Island. The main story will take most players around 15 hours to complete, but there is much, much more to discover beyond the campaign mode, including side-missions, hidden secrets to root out, collectibles, and the quest to level up all business contracts. Parcel Corps also boasts leaderboard challenges across all levels, as well as a cross-platform multiplayer mode supporting six players.

Q) What platforms is Parcel Corps on?

A) Parcel Corps is on PC, Xbox Series S|X, and PlayStation 5.

Q) What are the Minimum PC specs?

Q) Can I use a controller?

A) Yes! While a keyboard can be used, we highly recommend using a controller for Parcel Corps. Controls can be customized from the in-game Options menu.

The controller mapping has been designed to mirror the handlebars of a real bike, which is why the front and back brakes are assigned onto the different triggers. So now you know!

Q) How do I report bugs?

A)  Please inform us of any bugs on our Steam Forums or Discord. We’re here to help! Sometimes it may just be a case of a graphics driver needing to be updated, and other times we may need to investigate further! Alternatively, you can fill our "Provide feedback" form on the bottom right of our website.

Q) Can I play on Steam Deck?

A) Parcel Corps is playable on Steam Deck!

Q) How do I play Multiplayer?

A) Once you have successfully recruited three businesses to your app, you will unlock the ability to race against other players!

Go to one of the Internet Cafe HUBs to join up with up to five friends in the “Knock out” mode. Compete to drop off your parcels, with the slowest riders’ contracts terminated after every delivery.

After meeting a certain character in the Old Town, you can also compete against other couriers in time trials via the “Strift” app. Open this app at any time to compare yourself to other players. Post your best times to the leaderboards across routes throughout New Island and become the envy of your peers!

Q) How do I customise my bike? A) When you unlock the HUB (after recruiting the first three businesses), you can go inside and customise your bike. Further through the game, you will unlock the ability to purchase more bike customisation (including a cat basket!) with the money you make from your deliveries.

Q) Any tips for playing Parcel Corps?

A) When moving, you can maintain speed by pushing forward on the Left Stick, which gives you better precision when making turns. Mashing the Pedal button gets you to your max speed, but you don't need to keep mashing to stay there

Your GPS is a good starting place for finding your way around, but make sure to explore and find faster routes. Look for paths above street level to save time and avoid the police and use grind rails as often as you can!

For jobs with multiple deliveries, you can use the D-pad to cycle through your destinations to find the closest one and plan a new route

Chaining together parkour moves builds a special meter, represented as a lightning bolt in the bottom centre of the screen. Once it's filled, hold the Tuck button and then mash the Pedal button (e.g. RB + A on Xbox controllers) to boost your max speed for a short time.

Q) My Multi-drop Deliveries won't complete. Help!

A) Some players may encounter a bug where multi-drop deliveries cannot be completed. If you encounter this, please restart your game. This will fix the issue.

Q) What is the post-launch plan for Parcel Corps?

A) There’s more to come, so keep your peepers peeled for a cyclist hurling a virtual newspaper in your direction in the coming weeks…

Bicycle delivery sim Parcel Corps is delayed but at least it's funny about it

We've been negligent in our duty as watchkeepers of extreme sports games. Parcel Corps is a light-hearted bicycle courier sim set in a colourful totalitarian regime where the police do not like things to be delivered in time, or at all. Perhaps that's why the game, which was due to arrive on Steam tomorrow, has been delayed until an unspecified date. That's okay, half the news stories we write seem to be about release setbacks. At least the developers announced the delay in a funny and thematically appropriate way.
