0.3.3 Hotfix #5

Doubled the chance to Tame monsters granted by the "More Swiping" skill
Fixed a bug where using The Cavalry in the Halls of Glory could glitch out the skill
Ultimates now cool down every 10 seconds in the Halls of Glory in order to make testing new setups less tedious
