[Dev Note] Part-12 : Invitation to the 2nd Global Test



[ Intro ]

Hello, I am Kwon Dae Ho, the Executive Producer.
Since our last global test, we have finalized the game's direction, and we want to share our vision with you.
So, we have prepared the '2nd Global Test' where you can experience the core elements of the game yourself.


[Test Schedule and Instructions]

The test will run from July 19th for four days and will be run in all regions across the world at the same time.
Regions are configured based on previous test results to ensure the best experience, and you will be automatically placed in the optimal game region according to your location.
(1)Asia(East East + Southeast Asia), (2)North America, (3)South America, (4)Europe

Those of you that have participated in the previous tests can join without additional steps, while new participants can join by clicking the 'Play Test Application' button.

[ Main Test Contents ]

This version reflects feedback from the previous global test, with significant changes in the following areas.
1. Combat Elements Changes
2. Game Mode Improvements
3. Gun System Improvements
4. Introduction of Costume System


[ Combat Elements Changes ]

We received extensive feedback on combat, the core part of the game from the last test; and we've made these two major changes:
A. Adjusting Shooting Difficulty and Combat Skill Balance
We enhanced the effectiveness of shots by easing aiming difficulty, reducing recoil, enhancing headshots, and increasing magazine capacity.
Active skills remain powerful but require skillful evasion of intensified enemy shootings.



B. Added Detection System
We also introduced a booster function that will reveal nearby enemy positions. When activated, it allows temporary visibility of enemy locations regardless of obstacles.
Use the detection booster strategically to surprise camping enemies.



[ Game Mode Improvements ]

A. New Game Mode ‘Get ‘Em All’ is added
The less popular 'Team Deathmatch' mode is replaced with 'Get ‘Em All,' which focuses on accumulating more gold than the opponent rather than simply eliminating them.
This new mode offers fresh rules, making it enjoyable for both beginners and experienced players.



B. Existing ‘Kill ‘Em All’ Mode Improvement
To prevent one-sided matches, we added a team revival system. Once per match, a surviving team member can revive a downed ally each round.
It was difficult to turn the tide of battle once one team began to be outnumbered, but this can potentially turn the tide of the game, if one side successfully revives their downed allies; adding a dramatic element to the game.



[ Gun System Improvements ]

Considering the importance of guns in a shooting game, we also focused on the gun system. This improvement was made to make differences in individual preferences rather than absolute values. This led to the introduction of the ‘Gun Customization System.’
Previously, we'd set up features and looks as presets and ranked them accordingly. But now, instead of presets with determined performance and value, we're letting players customize every single piece to fit their needs.
Players will be faced with the decision of whether to go for clunky but reliable gun performance or unique and powerful stats or special looks.



[ Introduction of Costume System ]

A system to change the appearance of Masters will be added. Initially, some master appearances will be released on a trial basis, with more diverse concepts to follow.
The Master's appearance would be separated into head and body parts, and the players will be able to mix and match various head and body parts they acquire in their own combinations.





[ Plans After the Test ]

We plan to participate in the Steam Next Fest in October and will introduce new features such as the battle pass, new Masters, and new maps.
By the end of the year, we aim to launch the Early Access service with all systems and content finalized.

[ Conclusion ]

The valuable feedback from the previous global test helped solidify the game's core and direction. We extend our gratitude for your contribution.
