Here are the details on the refunds for purchases of improved content for the Season 2 update.
■ Caliber Refunds for Consumable Slot Limit Removal
- Since the Consumable Slot limit has been lifted in the Season 2 update, all Caliber spent on expanding Consumable Slots will be refunded.
※ Caliber will be sent sequentially via mail after maintenance on 12.04.2024 (Wed) PST. Please make sure to claim it before the expiration date.
■ Refunds for Common Skin Improvements
- Since Common Skins have been updated to be usable by all Descendants, all Caliber spent on duplicate Common Skin purchases before the update will be refunded.
- Since Paint applied to Common Skins are now shared across all Descendants, duplicate Paints used on the same Common Skin will also be refunded.
※ Caliber and Paints will be sent sequentially via mail after maintenance on 12.04.2024 (Wed) PST. Please make sure to claim it before the expiration date.
■ Refunds for Reactor Optimization Improvements
- Since the Reactor Optimization Condition has changed from individual firearms to firearm classes, we will refund the Implant Cost if you have already implanted your Reactor within the same class.
※ Reactor Implant Materials will be sent sequentially via mail after maintenance on 12.04.2024 (Wed) 17:00 PST. Please make sure to claim it before the expiration date.
