Additional Caliber Recovery Notice
Greetings, Descendants.
We have identified an issue where, if more than two refund requests were made through external platforms (such as Steam or console stores) and Caliber recovery was processed at the same time, some Caliber was not properly deducted.
Accordingly, we have fixed the issue and carried out the Caliber recovery process.
However, it was later confirmed that Caliber was still not recovered for some Descendants.
For those affected, we will proceed with temporary restrictions and perform the necessary recovery.
■ Temporary Restriction Schedule
- March 26, 2025 (Wed) 11:00 PM – March 27, 2025 (Thu) 2:00 AM (PDT)
* If there are any changes, we will update this notice accordingly.
After the temporary restriction, if the remaining Caliber is below 0, account access will be restricted in accordance with our refund policy.
In such cases, access will be restricted under the reason of "Abuse of Open Market Process."
You may lift the restriction by completing the clarification process through our Customer Support.
To complete the clarification process, you must recharge Caliber equivalent to the negative balance and submit the payment receipt via Customer Support.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this error.
