Please keep track of the updates during your gameplay.[/p][p][/p][p]\[June 22nd][/p][p]■ (#6) An issue where progress may intermittently not be tracked correctly when participating in the ‘Burning Summer Training I’ event
- The issue occurs where event participation may not properly update the progress count in some cases.[/p][p][/p][p]\[June 19th][/p][p]■ (#7) (Resolved) Issue where enhancement of External Component Core would cause the "Complete Weapon Core Utilization Training" quest to be completed[/p][p]- This issue will be resolved in the upcoming 1.2.21 hotfix patch.[/p][p]■ (#7) (Resolved) An issue where the game may intermittently stutter when both left and right mouse buttons are pressed simultaneously while adjusting stickers in Photo Mode.[/p][p]■ (#5) (Resolved) An issue where the attendance count continues to increase even after reaching the maximum of 28 days in the ‘Albion Special Dispatch’ event.[/p][p]- ‘The issue occurs when a Descendant who has already reached the 28-day attendance limit logs in, causing the attendance count to continue increasing, while no rewards are displayed on the reward page.[/p][p]■ (#5) (Resolved) An issue where the order of preset names reverts to its previous state upon reconnecting, even after being rearranged.[/p][p][/p][p]\[June 8th][/p][p]■ (#1) (Resolved) Intermittent Issue Where the "Albion Special Dispatch" Event Popup Cannot Be Closed Upon Receiving Rewards[/p][p]- We have identified an intermittent issue where the "Albion Special Dispatch" event popup cannot be closed upon receiving rewards.[/p][p]- If this issue occurs, please note that restarting the game will allow you to play normally.[/p][p][/p][p]\[Previous Known Issues][/p][p]■ (#2) (Resolved) Issue where the screen displays abnormally when selecting an item under “View Related Products” in the shop[/p][p]- We have been identified where the screen displays incorrectly when following the steps: Shop > Select Item > View Related Products > Details.[/p][p]- This issue will be resolved in the upcoming 1.2.19 hotfix patch.[/p][p][/p][p]■ Issue where part of the Descendant skin disappears during the “Misty Escape” spawn animation with some skins equipped[/p][p][/p][p]■ Freyna’s Exclusive Quest Icon Appearing for Other Descendants[/p][p]- Freyna’s exclusive quest cannot be played with other Descendants and can only be progressed with Freyna or Ultimate Freyna.[/p][p][/p][p]■ Intel CPU Issue.[/p][p]- Crashes have been reported on some Intel 13th and 14th generation CPUs.[/p][p]- On PCs using these CPUs, the game may forcefully shut down with an error message stating 'Out of video memory' when launched.[/p][p]This issue can be partially resolved by adjusting power limits in the BIOS.[/p][p]- We are awaiting a response from Intel regarding this issue, and we are sharing Intel's official response for your reference.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Temporary solutions for client termination issues with certain antivirus Programs[/p][p]- We have requested for exceptions for The First Descendant to antivirus programs, but some have not been implemented. Below are temporary solutions for this problem.[/p][p](1) ‘Bitdefender’ Temporary Solution \[FAQ][/p][p]- Go to System Protection > Advanced Threat Detection (ATD) > Manage Exclusions menu, select the file or folder for The First Descendant, and save.[/p][p](2) ‘McAfee Agent’ Temporary Solution \[FAQ][/p][p]- Go to McAfee Security > Navigation > Quarantined and Trusted Items, select TheFirstDescendant.exe from the quarantined programs list, and restore it.[/p][p][/p][p]■ Solutions for ‘Easy Anti-Cheat’ not functioning correctly[/p][p]- If Easy Anti-Cheat malfunctions, refer to the FAQ for solutions.
