[/p][p][/p][p][/p][h3]Greetings, Descendants.[/h3][p] [/p][p]Here are the major issues that were found for The First Descendant in July.[/p][p] [/p][p]We will continually update this notice with any additional issues and bugs that are found, as well as any impactful issues identified before June. Please keep track of the updates during your gameplay.[/p][p] [/p][h3]\[July 3rd][/h3][p]■ An issue where the candle and firework effects do not display when using the ‘Joy of Being Together’ emote.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ An issue where certain effects of the ‘Poisonous Thorn’ spawn appear abnormally when playing on High or higher graphics settings.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ An issue where certain effects of the ‘Cocktail’ Ecive Skin are not displayed.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ (#1) Bunny “Summer Paradise” Head Skin – Dye Application Issue[/p][p]- We are aware of an issue where dye is not being applied correctly to the Bunny “Summer Paradise” head skin.[/p][p]- We will fix this as soon as the cause is identified. Any dye items used prior to the fix will be bound to the affected skin.[/p][p]- We recommend that Descendants avoid applying dye to this skin until the issue is resolved.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ (#1) Luna “Oasis Party” Body Skin – Dye Not Applied to Certain Areas[/p][p]- There is an issue where dye is not applied properly to certain parts of the Luna “Oasis Party” body skin, resulting in abnormal visual appearance.[/p][p]There is an issue where dye is not applied properly to certain parts of the Luna “Oasis Party” body skin, resulting in abnormal visual appearance.[/p][p][/p][p]■ (#2) Intermittent Issue Preventing Descendant Purchase with Descendant Ticket [/p][p]- We have identified an issue where, in some cases, the purchase button becomes disabled when attempting to use a Descendant Purchase Ticket, preventing players from acquiring the Descendant. [/p][p] [/p][p][/p][h3]\[Previous Known Issues][/h3][p]■ Issue where part of the Descendant skin disappears during the “Misty Escape” spawn animation with some skins equipped[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Freyna’s Exclusive Quest Icon Appearing for Other Descendants[/p][p]- Freyna’s exclusive quest cannot be played with other Descendants and can only be progressed with Freyna or Ultimate Freyna.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Intel CPU Issue.[/p][p]- Crashes have been reported on some Intel 13th and 14th generation CPUs.[/p][p]- On PCs using these CPUs, the game may forcefully shut down with an error message stating 'Out of video memory' when launched.[/p][p]This issue can be partially resolved by adjusting power limits in the BIOS.[/p][p]- We are awaiting a response from Intel regarding this issue, and we are sharing Intel's official response for your reference.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Temporary solutions for client termination issues with certain antivirus Programs[/p][p]- We have requested for exceptions for The First Descendant to antivirus programs, but some have not been implemented. Below are temporary solutions for this problem.[/p][p](1) ‘Bitdefender’ Temporary Solution \[FAQ][/p][p]- Go to System Protection > Advanced Threat Detection (ATD) > Manage Exclusions menu, select the file or folder for The First Descendant, and save.[/p][p](2) ‘McAfee Agent’ Temporary Solution \[FAQ][/p][p]- Go to McAfee Security > Navigation > Quarantined and Trusted Items, select TheFirstDescendant.exe from the quarantined programs list, and restore it.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Solutions for ‘Easy Anti-Cheat’ not functioning correctly[/p][p]- If Easy Anti-Cheat malfunctions, refer to the FAQ for solutions.
