Please keep track of the updates during your gameplay.[/p][p][/p][h3] \[July 30th][/h3][p]■ (#12) (Resolved) (Web Event) An issue where newly created accounts after July 1 (Tue) were unable to obtain a "Grab Ticket" after participating in the "Descendant Log" of the "Breakthrough Pre-Event"[/p][p]- As of July 30 (Wed) 21:30 PDT, you can now obtain the "Grab Ticket" normally by re-accessing the Breakthrough Pre-Event. page.[/p][p][/p][h3]\[July 24th][/h3][p]■ (#11)(Resolved) Issue where Research Requests cannot be made for Descendants that have been dismissed
[/p][p]■ (#10) (Resolved) Issue where the game occasionally crashes during progression in the Sigma Sector [/p][p][/p][p]■ (#11)(Resolved) Issue where explosive objects do not appear in Void Vessel (Normal difficulty)[/p][p]- An issue was identified where explosive objects are missing in Void Vessel (Normal), making it impossible to proceed.[/p][p][/p][p]■ (#10) (Resolved) Issue where owned item discounts are not properly applied when purchasing bundle products[/p][p]- Calibers for which the discount was not applied will be refunded after a thorough investigation. Further details will be provided in a separate notice.[/p][p][/p][p]■ (#11)(Resolved) Issue where the game becomes unresponsive when interrupting Nell’s skill animation[/p][p]- In the Axion Plains demo, if Nell’s skill “Gaze of the Abyss” (Z skill) is active and the skill “Breach Link” (C skill) is retrieved during its use, all actions except for movement and jumping become unavailable for the remaining duration of “Gaze of the Abyss.”[/p][p] [/p][p]■ (#8) Issue where the mission result screen does not appear after completing a field mission[/p][p] [/p][p]■ (#11)(Resolved) Issue where the “Move to Albion” UI displayed on the right side of the screen is misaligned downward after content entered via matchmaking, such as Intercept Battle, ends[/p][p] [/p][p]■ (#8) Issue where the requirement for “Void Erosion Purge: Challenge” is incorrectly displayed as “Void Erosion Purge: Normal ”[/p][p] [/p][h3]\[July 9th][/h3][p]■ (#8) (Resolved) An issue where character models may display abnormally for certain skins.[/p][p]- We have identified an issue where, in certain cases, the upper body may not display correctly when Valby or Ultimate Valby equips the Oasis Party or Summer Paradise Body Skin.[/p][p]- A similar issue has also been observed when Gley or Ultimate Gley equips the Summer Paradise Body Skin.[/p][p]- These issues are scheduled to be fixed in the Hotfix 1.2.23.[/p][p] [/p][h3]\[July 4th][/h3][p]■ (#5) (Resolved) (Web Event) Some records in the "Descendant Log" may not be displayed accurately.[/p][p] [/p][h3]\[July 3rd][/h3][p]■ An issue where the candle and firework effects do not display when using the ‘Joy of Being Together’ emote.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ (#3) (Resolved) An issue where certain effects of the ‘Poisonous Thorn’ spawn appear abnormally when playing on High or higher graphics settings.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ An issue where certain effects of the ‘Cocktail’ Ecive Skin are not displayed.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ (#8) (Resolved) Bunny “Summer Paradise” Head Skin – Dye Application Issue[/p][p]- We have identified an issue where dye is not being applied correctly to the Bunny “Summer Paradise” head skin.[/p][p]- We will fix this as soon as the cause is identified. Any dye items used prior to the fix will be bound to the affected skin.[/p][p]- We recommend that Descendants avoid applying dye to this skin until the issue is resolved.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ (#8) (Resolved) Luna “Oasis Party” Body Skin – Paint Application Issue to Certain Areas[/p][p]- We have identified an issue where paint is not applied properly to certain parts of the Luna “Oasis Party” body skin, resulting in abnormal visual appearance.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ (#6) (Resolved) Intermittent Issue Preventing Descendant Purchase with Descendant Ticket[/p][p]- We have identified an issue where, in some cases, the purchase button becomes disabled when attempting to use a Descendant Purchase Ticket, preventing players from acquiring the Descendant.[/p][p] [/p][h3]\[Previous Known Issues][/h3][p]■ Issue where part of the Descendant skin disappears during the “Misty Escape” spawn animation with some skins equipped[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Freyna’s Exclusive Quest Icon Appearing for Other Descendants[/p][p]- Freyna’s exclusive quest cannot be played with other Descendants and can only be progressed with Freyna or Ultimate Freyna.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Intel CPU Issue.[/p][p]- Crashes have been reported on some Intel 13th and 14th generation CPUs.[/p][p]- On PCs using these CPUs, the game may forcefully shut down with an error message stating 'Out of video memory' when launched.[/p][p]This issue can be partially resolved by adjusting power limits in the BIOS.[/p][p]- We are awaiting a response from Intel regarding this issue, and we are sharing Intel's official response for your reference.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Temporary solutions for client termination issues with certain antivirus Programs[/p][p]- We have requested for exceptions for The First Descendant to antivirus programs, but some have not been implemented. Below are temporary solutions for this problem.[/p][p](1) ‘Bitdefender’ Temporary Solution \[FAQ][/p][p]- Go to System Protection > Advanced Threat Detection (ATD) > Manage Exclusions menu, select the file or folder for The First Descendant, and save.[/p][p](2) ‘McAfee Agent’ Temporary Solution \[FAQ][/p][p]- Go to McAfee Security > Navigation > Quarantined and Trusted Items, select TheFirstDescendant.exe from the quarantined programs list, and restore it.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Solutions for ‘Easy Anti-Cheat’ not functioning correctly[/p][p]- If Easy Anti-Cheat malfunctions, refer to the FAQ for solutions.
