We would like to inform you of the retrieval of purchased paints and refunds of Caliber used in those purchases.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. To make up for the sudden removal of the items, additional compensation will be provided to all Descendants.
We will continue working to provide a more stable and reliable service experience.
■ Paint Retrieval and Caliber Refund Schedule
- Schedule: Starting from PDT 2025.07.07 (Mon) 01:30, processed sequentially.
ᐧ You may experience a one-time disconnection during this process.
ᐧ A follow-up notice will be provided once the process is complete.
- Eligible Players: Descendants who purchased the discontinued paint items.
ㄴ All ‘Spotify Black’ and ‘Spotify Green’ paints, whether held or applied to customization items, will be retrieved.
ㄴ Caliber used for the purchases will be refunded via in-game mail.
ㄴ Event-obtained ‘Spotify Black’ and ‘Spotify Green’ paints (1 of each) will be reissued via mail.
■ Compensation Details
- As an apology for the sudden product discontinuation, 5 of each discontinued paint item will be granted to all Descendants.
- The items will be sent via in-game mail within approximately 10 minutes upon login during the distribution period.
- Please make sure to claim and use them before the mail expires on PDT 2025.08.13 (Wed) 23:59.
