Please see the submission period and method below:[/p][p]ㄴ Submission Period: PDT August 11, 2025 (Mon) 04:00 – August 18, 2025 (Mon) 00:00[/p][p]ㄴ Submission Method: Log into the game → Check the “EMAIL SUBMISSION NOTICE” banner → Click the QR code or button provided in the banner → Submit your information via the link provided[/p][p]※ This banner will only be displayed to Descendants who have won goods.[/p][p]※ If you do not provide your email within the submission period, you will not be able to check your shipping status, and delivery may be delayed or unavailable.
※ In certain regions, delivery may not be possible due to local laws and regulations.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Additional Information[/p][p]- Shipping costs will be covered by Nexon, and depending on the region, delivery may take up to 2–3 months.[/p][p]- We are not responsible for incorrect deliveries or returns caused by inaccurate shipping information, which may prevent you from receiving your prize.[/p][p]- Personal information collected for shipping will be used solely for that purpose and will not be used for any other reason.[/p][p] [/p][p]Thank you.[/p]
