09.16.2025 (Tue) 00:00 PDT[/p][p]- Original Submission Email Address: [email protected][/p][p]- Submission Files: Contest entry (Descendant, Fellow skin) original PSD files and other production originals[/p][p]- Email Format[/p][p]ㄴ Subject: Please add a subject with the prefix \[Original Submission][/p][p]ㄴ Content: Attach original files and include in-game account name (nickname#4-digit number)[/p][p]※ Please include the 4-digit number after the # tag in your account name.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Notices[/p][p](1) Regarding Finalist Entries[/p][p]- Finalist entries were selected according to pre-announced evaluation criteria and Operation Policy.[/p][p]- Entries that advanced to the finals through inappropriate methods may be disqualified from winning.[/p][p]- Finalist entries will be displayed on the official website with account names when voting begins and any subsequent account name changes will not be reflected on the voting page.[/p][p]- Finalists must complete the submission of original files via registered email as per the "Finalist Original Submission Guide," failure to do so may result in disqualification.[/p][p](2) Regarding Voting[/p][p]- Each account can vote once per category and duplicate votes in the same category will be disallowed.[/p][p]- Only accounts with Mastery Rank 10 or higher can participate in voting.[/p][p]- Votes will be updated daily at 00:00 PDT.[/p][p]- Votes cannot be cancelled or changed after submission.[/p][p]ㄴ Please note that if you accidentally vote for an unintended entry, you cannot reverse or retrieve your vote.[/p][p](3) Regarding Unfair Practices[/p][p]- Any tangible or intangible transactions, item provisions, account sharing, promotional rewards, or other actions that could influence voting are prohibited.[/p][p]ㄴ If such actions are discovered, the entry may be disqualified from the finals or have its awards revoked.[/p][p]- Any actions that compromise fairness, including abnormal promotion, vote manipulation, use of multiple accounts, etc., will be considered violations of Operation Policy and may result in vote invalidation or award cancellation.[/p][p](4) Other Guidelines[/p][p]- Final winners will be selected based on voting results, but entries may be disqualified if fraudulent activities are discovered.[/p][p]- The Grand Prize winning design may undergo partial modifications during in-game implementation due to technical limitations or optimization requirements.[/p][p]- Contest schedule, rewards, and operational criteria may be subject to change, which will be announced through separate announcements.[/p][p]- Individual inquiries regarding entry evaluation and results will not be addressed.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Personal Information Collection Notice[/p][p]- Original file submission is a mandatory process to verify the creation process and awards may be revoked if consent is not provided.[/p][p]- Awards may be revoked if accurate information is not provided or if responses are not received within the specified period.[/p][p]- Nexon collects and uses minimal personal information (game account name, email address, etc.) necessary for contest operations, including entry submissions, winner announcements, awards, and content usage contract executions, and will not use it for other purposes.[/p][p]- Collected personal information will be safely disposed of without delay after the related tasks are completed and processing purposes are achieved.[/p][p]- Please ensure that original submissions do not contain personally identifiable information such as photographs or portraits.[/p][p]- Additional personal information such as name, nationality, passport number, and passport copy may be requested for prize and reward distribution and required items may vary by country.[/p][p]- Requests for information necessary for prize distribution will be sent individually to the email address used when submitting the "original PSD file" and awards may be revoked if responses are not received within the specified period.[/p][p]- Entries may be disqualified from final selection and prize distribution if inaccurate information is provided or if mandatory procedures such as consent to personal information collection and use, and copyright transfer agreements are not agreed upon within the specified period after winner announcement.[/p][p] [/p][p]Thank you.[/p][p] [/p][p] [/p]
