Please keep track of the updates during your gameplay.[/p][p] [/p][p]\[September 11th][/p][p]■ (#7)(Resolved) Issue where the “Chain Catalyst” effect of Mutant Cells is not applied properly[/p][p]- An issue has been identified where the maximum attribute resistance reduction effect granted to the target when applying the “Chain Catalyst” effect is not properly reflected.

- This issue is scheduled to be resolved in the 1.3.4 patch.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ (#6) (Resolved) An issue where discounts are not properly applied when purchasing the “Lounge Bundle” while in possession of relevant items”[/p][p]- This issue is scheduled to be resolved in the 1.3.4 patch.[/p][p]- Any Caliber charged without discount will be refunded, with further details to be announced in a separate notice.[/p][p] [/p][p]\[September 8th][/p][p]■ (#7)(Resolved) An issue where when equipping the Battlefield Concert module for Ultimate Luna, the Fever Time! effect does not end[/p][p]- This issue is scheduled to be fixed in the upcoming patch this week.[/p][p]- As this issue has caused abnormal effects on leaderboard records, all leaderboard data will be reset after the patch.[/p][p]- We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to do our best to provide a more stable service.[/p][p]- (Updated) The fix for this issue was originally planned for this week’s patch. However, during final testing we identified additional, unexpected problems.[/p][p]- To properly resolve these and complete further testing, we need more time. As a result, the fix could not be included in this week’s update.[/p][p]- We apologize for not being able to meet the patch schedule we previously communicated. Our team is working to finish testing and will release the patch as quickly as possible once everything has been addressed.[/p][p]- Additionally, the reset of abnormal leaderboard records related to Ultimate Luna will be applied when this patch goes live.[/p][p] [/p][p]\[September 5th][/p][p]■ (#6) (Resolved) An issue where during Luna Exclusive Quest, the objective “Let’s See Who Wins - Come up with taunting comments” could intermittently not be progressed[/p][p]- We have identified an issue where, during one of Luna’s Exclusive Quests, the objective “Let’s See Who Wins – Come up with taunting comments” could intermittently not progress.[/p][p]- The quest can be progressed by moving to another field. Until the fix is implemented, please continue using this method.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ (#3) (Resolved) An issue where the target NPC would intermittently not appear, preventing quest progression[/p][p]- We have identified an issue where, during quest progression, the target NPC would intermittently not appear, making it impossible to proceed.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ (#7)(Resolved) An issue where the item acquisition effect was not displayed properly[/p][p]- We have identified an issue where the item acquisition effect was displayed identically, instead of varying according to the acquisition history.[/p][p] [/p][p]\[September 4th][/p][p]■ An issue where effects not actually applied were incorrectly listed in the description of the ‘Nerve Infiltration’ module[/p][p]- We have identified an issue where the description of the ‘Nerve Infiltration’ module incorrectly indicates that it grants the ‘Weaken Regeneration’ effect.[/p][p]- The effect is not actually applied, and the module description will be corrected with the 1.3.6 patch.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ (#1)(Resolved) \[PS]\[XBOX] Ultimate Descendant Skin Appearance Not Displayed When Checking Details[/p][p]- We have identified an issue where the appearance of Ultimate Descendant skins is not displayed when checking the skin details in the Shop while equipping a Normal Descendant.[/p][p]- Until the issue is fixed, you can still view the skin appearance by hovering over the bundle item and clicking the “Preview” button.[/p][p]- A patch to fix this issue is currently being prepared, and we will provide further notice once it has been applied.[/p][p] [/p][p]\[Previous Known Issues][/p][p]■ An issue where Sharen's 'Rabbit Game' body skin dye is not applied to certain parts[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Intel CPU Issue[/p][p]- Crashes have been reported on some Intel 13th and 14th generation CPUs.[/p][p]- On PCs using these CPUs, the game may forcefully shut down with an error message stating 'Out of video memory' when launched.[/p][p]This issue can be partially resolved by adjusting power limits in the BIOS.[/p][p]- We are awaiting a response from Intel regarding this issue, and we are sharing Intel's official response for your reference.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Temporary solutions for client termination issues with certain antivirus Programs[/p][p]- We have requested for exceptions for The First Descendant to antivirus programs, but some have not been implemented. Below are temporary solutions for this problem.[/p][p](1) ‘Bitdefender’ Temporary Solution \[FAQ][/p][p]- Go to System Protection > Advanced Threat Detection (ATD) > Manage Exclusions menu, select the file or folder for The First Descendant, and save.[/p][p](2) ‘McAfee Agent’ Temporary Solution \[FAQ][/p][p]- Go to McAfee Security > Navigation > Quarantined and Trusted Items, select TheFirstDescendant.exe from the quarantined programs list, and restore it.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Solutions for ‘Easy Anti-Cheat’ not functioning correctly[/p][p]- If Easy Anti-Cheat malfunctions, refer to the FAQ for solutions.
