Refund Notice Regarding Lounge Bundle Purchase Error
[p]Greetings, Descendants.[/p][p] [/p][p]Following the Update 1.3.3, an issue was identified with the newly added Lounge Bundles. If the bundle was purchased while already owning some of its components, the intended discount was not applied.[/p][p]
We would like to provide details regarding the refund process for Descendants who were affected by this issue.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Eligible Descendants for Refund[/p][p]- Those who purchased the Lounge Bundles between Update 1.3.3 and before Update 1.3.4 (2025.09.11), while already owning part of its components.[/p][p]- Affected Bundles: \[Lounge] After a Shower Bundle, \[Lounge] Lounge Underwear Bundle[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Refund Details[/p][p]- The additional Caliber spent due to the discount not being applied will be refunded via in-game mail.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Schedule[/p][p]- Refunds will be distributed sequentially starting from PDT 2025.09.15 (Mon) 00:00.[/p][p]※ Additionally, please note that any mails containing the Lounge Bundle components will be deleted, as their receipt and removal are unavailable.
