[h3]Greetings, Descendants![/h3][p] [/p][p]In the Developer Livestream on September 27th, we brought you live updates from TGS 2025,[/p][p]and shared information about the core content updates, convenience improvements, balance adjustments, new skins, and events planned for the upcoming October 1st update.[/p][p] [/p][p]We would like to thank all the Descendants who joined the stream. Please check the YouTube video for more detailed information, including updates from TGS.[/p][p] [/p][p]The First Descendant | TGS & October Update Preview Livestream | Dev Livestream[/p][p]※ Some update content revealed during the broadcast may be subject to change in the actual update.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ New Sword Weapons "Shadow" and "Deus Ex Manus"[/p][p][/p][p]- The sword weapons "Shadow" and "Deus Ex Manus" will be introduced, along with sword-specific Modules and External Components sets (Manus Set).[/p][p]- Four Weapon Skins exclusive to Swords, including two transcendent tier skins will also be released, featuring unique effects and sound effects unlike existing Skins.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ New Void Vessel Dungeon "Medium-Sized Facility Zone"[/p][p][/p][p]- The Void Vessel will feature a new "Medium-Sized Facility Zone" with Normal and Hard Difficulties.[/p][p]- The new Named Monster "Arche Slayer" provides a unique combat experience using sword-based charge patterns. The dungeon also includes sections where you can use Hover Bikes.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ New Void Abyss Intercept Battle "Lava Citadel"[/p][p][/p][p]- The new Void Abyss Intercept Battle Colossus "Lava Citadel" will make its debut.[/p][p]- Lava Citadel is a Fire variant of the Molten Fortress, using powerful patterns like flame tornados and AoE attacks during Battle. The new Lava Citadel reward Skins and Colotoys back attachment will also be added.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ New Trigger Modules[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Quality of Life Improvements[/p][p]- The Amorphous Material opening method has been improved. You can now open them directly in Albion, making it easier to acquire Blueprints after farming.[/p][p]- Weapon Optimization Conditions in the Reactor have been removed. This change was made considering the issues of having to repeatedly Implant Weapon Optimization Conditions and the limited weapon usage. All Descendants will receive 3 Crystallization Catalysts to compensate for resources already invested.[/p][p]- The Laboratory now includes the "Legion of Breach" and allows summoning of up to 50 monsters, enabling more diverse combat environment testing.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Balance Adjustments[/p][p]- This month's balance patch focuses on Kyle, with overall Skill usability improvements.[/p][p]- Additionally, Ajax will receive enhanced Skill Power and Firearm buffs, while Esiemo's Skill chain connectivity will be improved for better usability. Bunny will see improvements in performance against enhanced monsters and bosses, and the Movement Speed reduction during Skill usage will be addressed.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Event Pass[/p][p][/p][p]- The "Sword Event Pass" will run for 4 weeks starting October 1st.[/p][p]- New Sword Pass exclusive Challenges will be released, designed to be naturally achievable while farming and developing swords. Rewards include Transcendent Weapon Skins "Harmony and Balance" and "The Furnace" as well as Chest/Back Attachments, Name Cards, Sprays, and Growth rewards.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ New Skins[/p][p]- On October 1st, the Men's Skin "Touchdown," Women's Skin "Viva Sparklings," and “Cheering for Victory” Emote will be released.[/p][p]- On October 16th, the Halloween Themed Skins: "Dizzying Injury Camouflage Outfit" for Gley, Hailey, and Ines; "Dream Rascal" for Bunny, Sharen, Serena, and Nell; and the Men's "C.R.E.A.T.U.R.E." Descendant Skin, along with Lounge Decorations will be added.[/p][p]- On October 23rd, the maid based "Cleaning Service" Skin for Serena, Viessa, Bunny, Freyna, and Ines will be released, along with Emotes and Spawns.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ October Events[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Q&A[/p][p]- This Developer Live was pre-recorded and we prepared answers to some frequently asked questions from the community.[/p][p]- Descendant Balance: In October, Kyle, Ajax, Esiemo, and Bunny will be adjusted and improvements to Firearm DPS characters are under review. We will continue to enhance Descendants with subpar performance.[/p][p]- End Game Content: In November, we plan to provide differentiated growth through the Ancestors Modules, but before targeting end game content, we aim to stabilize Descendant balance first.[/p][p]- Inventory Improvement: We are enhancing filter and sort functions while continuing to research fundamental improvement methods.[/p][p]- Block Notifications: We will discuss adding an option to turn off notifications from blocked players.[/p][p]- AFK Issue: We will consider stronger countermeasures along with enhancing the automatic detection model.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Broadcast Viewing Event[/p][p][/p][p]- Two surprise coupons were given during this Developer Live broadcast.
