December Known Issues

[h3]Greetings, Descendants.[/h3][p] [/p][p]Here are the major issues that were found for The First Descendant in December.[/p][p] [/p][p]We will continue to update this notice with any newly identified issues and bugs, as well as previously reported major issues. Please keep track of the updates during your gameplay.[/p][p] [/p][h3]\[December 4th][/h3][p]■ An Issue where selecting quantity and purchasing ‘Ancestors Module Loot’ is intermittently unavailable in the ETA-0 Shop[/p][p]- Until the issue is resolved, please use the method below to purchase ‘Ancestors Module Loot’[/p][p]  ㄴ Close the ‘Ancestors Module Loot’ purchase window → Reopen the purchase window → Set the quantity to 0 and proceed with purchase → You will then be able to select the quantity and purchase normally.[/p][p]- This issue is scheduled to be fixed in Patch 1.3.14.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Incorrect description text in the ‘Instant Acceleration’ Trigger Module[/p][p]- It has been identified that the description text in the ‘Instant Acceleration’ Trigger Module has been incorrectly applied.[/p][p]  ㄴ Current text: When using Movement Restriction type skills, greatly increases Movement Speed[/p][p]  ㄴ Planned correction: When ending Movement Restrictions type skills, activates Instant Acceleration effect[/p][p]- This issue is scheduled to be fixed in Patch 1.3.14.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ An Issue where the effects of the External Component ‘Enlightened Mage’ (Truth effect) and Mutant Cell ‘Battlesuit Efficiency Enhancement’ are not applied together[/p][p]- It has been identified that when one effect is already applied, the other replaces the existing effect instead of stacking.[/p][p]- This issue is scheduled to be fixed in Patch 1.3.13.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ An Issue where the ‘Abandon’ button does not appear when in DBNO state during Field Missions[/p][p]- Please note that the ‘Abandon’ function is operating normally, but only the button UI is not being displayed.[/p][p] [/p][h3]\[Previous Known Issues][/h3][p]■ Price Discrepancy for opposite-gender “Night Rider Bundle” and “Night Rider Total Bundle” After Purchasing the “Night Rider Total Bundle”[/p][p]- We have identified an issue where, due to the difference in discount rates between the “Night Rider Total Bundle” and the “Night Rider Bundle,” the discounted prices for the opposite-gender “Night Rider Bundle” and “Night Rider Total Bundle” are displayed differently after purchasing the “Night Rider Total Bundle.”[/p][p]- As a result, the opposite-gender “Night Rider Bundle” and “Night Rider Total Bundle” appear with different discounted prices: 520 Caliber and 600 Caliber, respectively.[/p][p]- If you purchased the opposite-gender “Night Rider Bundle” priced at 600 Caliber after purchasing the “Night Rider Total Bundle,” we will refund the 80 Caliber price difference.
ㄴ Caliber refunds will be processed sequentially after the bundle sales period ends[/p][p] [/p][p]■ An Issue where Sharen's 'Rabbit Game' body skin dye is not applied to certain parts[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Intel CPU Issue[/p][p]- Crashes have been reported on some Intel 13th and 14th generation CPUs.[/p][p]- On PCs using these CPUs, the game may forcefully shut down with an error message stating 'Out of video memory' when launched.[/p][p]This issue can be partially resolved by adjusting power limits in the BIOS.[/p][p]- We are awaiting a response from Intel regarding this issue, and we are sharing Intel's official response for your reference.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Temporary solutions for client termination issues with certain antivirus Programs[/p][p]- We have requested for exceptions for The First Descendant to antivirus programs, but some have not been implemented. Below are temporary solutions for this problem.[/p][p](1) ‘Bitdefender’ Temporary Solution \[FAQ][/p][p]- Go to System Protection > Advanced Threat Detection (ATD) > Manage Exclusions menu, select the file or folder for The First Descendant, and save.[/p][p](2) ‘McAfee Agent’ Temporary Solution \[FAQ][/p][p]- Go to McAfee Security > Navigation > Quarantined and Trusted Items, select TheFirstDescendant.exe from the quarantined programs list, and restore it.[/p][p] [/p][p]■ Solutions for ‘Easy Anti-Cheat’ not functioning correctly[/p][p]- If Easy Anti-Cheat malfunctions, refer to the FAQ for solutions.
