First of all, please note that you may run into frequent inconveniences as this is the very first opening of the game.

■ Suggestions, Player/Bug Reports
※ Please note that suggestions, player/bug reports will only be submitted via the above channel, not via 1:1 Player Support.
■ Chat Error Reports
- For a safe chatting environment, The First Descendant will print the message “There is a banned word included,”
upon detecting inappropriate words, and stop the chat from being displayed. In order for us to verify the stability of the system, please let us know when your chat is not displayed even though it does not include inappropriate words.
※ Please note that this channel is for chat errors only, and that you cannot submit tickets for the issue via 1:1 Player Support.
■ 1:1 Player Support
- Requirement: Please upload a screenshot that includes your account name when you submit your ticket.
- How to confirm in-game account name
: You can see it on the top right in the Character Lobby screen.
